We all have to start from zero, that's why at Digitalrev.com eBay shop we don't limit zero rating buyers. However among the very small number of disputes we had, all of them were with zero rating buyers. That's why we ask you to read this guide in full before placing a bid at any of our auctions.
Don't bid if you don't intend to pay! There's no point placing a bid if you have no intention to pay. Remember this is an auction. Your bid is a commitment to buy. Non paying bidders will be reported to eBay and an alert will be filed. You will also be blocked from all future biddings. And we DO leave negative feedback to non paying bidders!
Ask all questions before bid! All questions must be asked before bidding. If you are un-clear about anything, do not bid. Once you won an auction, no further questions will be answered until payment is received.
Always read the description in full before bidding. We have made our descriptions very clear, so that confusions could be minimised. That's why we ask you to read in full before placing a bid. If there's anything you don't fully understand, please email us first. There's no good saying 'I didn't know that....can you cancel my bid?'. Remember your bid is a binding contract with us, we don't cancel an auction unless you have very good reason.
Shipping requirements and import duty/VAT. We are based in Hong Kong, therefore unless you are based in Hong Kong too, there's always a possibility of import duty and/or VAT.

We'll help you with import duty issues, but you must email us before placing a bid. If you have question regarding import duty/VAT, please email us before placing a bid.
-
In some countries, order under a specific amount is not subject to any import tax/duty according to laws (e.g. up to $1000 for Australia )

We do not false claim the parcel as 'No commercial value', etc. There are other sellers who claim they will do this for you. Not only it is illegal for both you and the seller, it usually doesn't 'work'. Also your item under a false declaration may become a liability.
