Selected Auctions have a 'No Import Tax/Fee guaranteed' scheme offer, and they are clearly marked in item title, as well as in descriptions. A logo such as this one below

will be displayed. When you see this logo, it means we offer 'Import fee paid for by DigitalRev' scheme for that particular auction.

How the Scheme works?

1. The import tax/fee will normally be collected by the delivery driver on your door. You can pay by cash or cheque. Sometimes you can also pay by credit card to the carrier over the phone.

2. Keep the custom receipt or the sticker on the packaging, showing the total amount of import fee charged.

3. You can either fax it to us, or take a digital photo of it and email to us. You can also post it to us.

4. Your import tax/fee/duty will be reimbursed in FULL within 24 hours after receiving your fax/email or post.

5. Please email us regarding GST Reclaim issues within 3 months of receiving your parcel. If you contact us after 3 months, we will no longer be able to handle your GST Reclaim as it'll be beyond our handling time.
