Unlike buying from individual sellers, you are covered by the support resources and commitment of a registered company when buying from DigitalRev.

We provide a 7-day 'No Questions Asked' Return Policy. This means that if for any reason you should wish to return a product(s) bought from us, you are totally free to do so. Provided that the return met the following conditions, we will give you a full refund, no re-stocking fee deducted and no questions asked!

• Item(s) are returned within 7 days of receipt
• Item(s) are returned in brand new and resalable condition with original packaging
• Accompanied by order receipt and signed return authorisation form

Our assistances and commitment for excellence services DOES NOT end after 7 days. Within our 1 year limited warranty period, you are entitled to use our online / phone support centre. Our dedicated customer services representatives will assist you until the problem is solved.

Note: Please be advised that DigitalRev Limited will not cover any postage costs for returned products. These costs must be covered in full by the purchaser unless the product suffers from a manufacture defect.
